Terms of Use for Cozy Compute
Cozy Compute ("the game") is made by Trevor Elmitt ("we", "us"). These terms add a few game-specific points to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which is your license to use the game. If the two conflict, Apple's agreement wins. Questions: hello.cozycompute@gmail.com.
In-game items
- Tokens, Insight, machines, blueprints and every other item in the game exist only inside the game. They have no real-world value, can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for money or anything else, and aren't your property.
- We may rebalance or change how items work to keep the game fun and fair.
- Your progress is saved on your iPhone. We don't hold a copy, so we can't restore it if it's lost.
Purchases
- Packs are bought through Apple's App Store under Apple's terms. Apple handles payment and refunds; ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- A pack you buy can be restored on your devices with the same Apple Account (Settings → Purchases → Restore).
- The Founders Pack is sold only during the launch window shown in the game. Once the window closes it won't be sold again, and anyone who bought it keeps it.
Sharing
The Forest Card is an image of your own game that you can share through iOS. You're free to share it. Please don't use it, or the game's name, art or mascot, to suggest we endorse something we don't.
Fair play
Don't interfere with the game's servers, send fake statistics, or try to get around its limits. We may block statistics from an install that does.
The game as it is
The game is provided as is. We may update, change or stop offering it. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited as set out in Apple's agreement.
Changes
We'll post any change here with a new effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
