Cozy Compute Accessibility

Cozy Compute is built to be played one hand at a time, at your own pace, with the iPhone's accessibility settings. Here is what the game does with each one.

VoiceOver

Every button has a spoken name. The play area is one button, "Serve a prompt", that tells you how many machines your data center has. Each machine in the shop is read as one item: what you own, what it earns, the next production bonus, the price, and whether you can afford it. New events are announced.

Larger Text

The game uses the system text sizes, up to the largest accessibility sizes. At those sizes, rows stack so nothing is cut off. A few icons and labels stop growing at a set size; at the largest sizes, touch and hold one to see it larger.

Reduce Motion

With Reduce Motion on, the stage holds still: no idle animation, sparkles, zooms or flicker, and numbers change without rolling. There is no screen shake anywhere in the game.

Dark Mode

Every screen has a dark version. The data center itself keeps its own lighting, which follows the time of day.

Differentiate Without Color

Nothing depends on color alone. With Differentiate Without Color on, the selected option also gets a thicker outline. Earned and locked trophies use different symbols.

Sound

The game has no speech or video. Every sound comes with something you can see on screen, so you can play with the sound off.

Still being checked

We haven't yet tested Voice Control on a device. If something is hard to reach or read, please tell us.
